Established in 1946, Harry R. Feldman, Inc. has been under the same family ownership for three generations. We provide high quality Professional Land Surveying services to developers, design professionals, contractors, academic and healthcare institutions as well as the legal community. Unlike the other firms in our area who are primarily Engineering firms with Survey departments, we are one of the largest firms in Massachusetts that specializes in the field of Land Surveying.  Because we have not had a design component in our business plan, we do not compete with our design professional clients, we simply serve them! With archives dating back almost 60 years, we have been involved in the ever changing Boston Skyline.  Our firm performed the initial survey for the design of the John Hancock Tower in 1968, provided services throughout construction in the early 1970s, and then performed the survey for the sale of the $915 Million portfolio in 2003. The longevity of our firm continues to be an asset to our clients since our existing knowledge helps us to provide cost-effective services throughout the different phases of their projects. We continue to invest in our staff by offering tuition reimbursement for continuing education in our field.  We have had a number of staff members complete the Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Graduate Level Survey Certificate program and members who are pursuing other academic pursuits.  Our firm is led by some of Boston’s top Professional Land Surveyors like Bob Applegate, PLS (43 years of experience), Joe Calabro, PLS (63 years of experience), Karl McCarthy, PLS (40 years of experience) and Dan MacIsaac, PLS (15 years of experience).  These professionals have not only made our firm what it is today, but they continue to mentor and train the staff members who will be the future. The third generation transition is an exciting time at Harry R.
